Order confirmation and receipt of payment do not constitute final acceptance of an order. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

SCUSA Industries LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be lawfully shipped, fulfilled, or completed due to federal, state, or local restrictions, carrier limitations, export restrictions, or internal compliance review. 3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • We ship within the United States only

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS

  • Free shipping applies to stripper clip products only

  • Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed

Risk of loss and title pass to you once the shipment is tendered to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy before placing an order.
