Shipping & Returns Policy
How orders ship, where we ship, and how returns and refunds work.
This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through scusa.shop and products sold by SCUSA Industries LLC, referred to as “SCUSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping & Returns Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Security Policy, and any other policies posted on scusa.shop.
01Processing & handling
In-stock orders placed on business days are typically processed and dispatched from Texas within the same business day or the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, carrier holidays, severe weather closures, operational disruptions, or other delays outside our control.
You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Order processing may be delayed due to payment review, address verification, inventory availability, fraud prevention, compliance review, weather, carrier delays, or other operational issues.
02Shipping methods & delivery times
We ship using major carriers and available shipping services shown at checkout.
Delivery is typically estimated at 1–5 business days depending on the destination, carrier, service selected, weather, holidays, and carrier operations.
Delivery dates shown at checkout or in tracking updates are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise. SCUSA is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been accepted by the carrier.
03Free shipping
Orders over $48 may qualify for free shipping where available.
Free shipping eligibility may depend on cart total, product type, shipping address, promotional terms, carrier availability, and other checkout conditions.
SCUSA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel free shipping promotions at any time.
04Shipping area
We ship within the United States, subject to the restrictions listed in this policy and any restrictions shown at checkout.
We do not currently ship internationally.
We may refuse, cancel, limit, or delay shipment to any address, state, territory, municipality, carrier zone, forwarding service, freight forwarder, PO box, military address, or other location where legal, compliance, payment, fraud, carrier, delivery, or operational concerns exist.
05California shipping restriction
SCUSA does not ship products to California.
Due to California Assembly Bill 1263 and related compliance uncertainty affecting firearm accessories, firearm-adjacent accessories, components, and related equipment, SCUSA has elected not to accept or ship orders to California addresses.
This restriction applies to orders shipping to California, orders placed by California residents for delivery in California, and any order we determine may violate or create compliance risk under California law.
If a California order is placed by mistake, SCUSA may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
SCUSA products are accessories and do not contain firearms or ammunition. However, customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to their purchase, possession, shipment, transfer, storage, resale, and use of SCUSA products.
06Other shipping restrictions
Certain jurisdictions may restrict or regulate firearm-adjacent accessories, ammunition feeding devices, loading tools, storage products, or related items.
SCUSA may restrict, refuse, cancel, or delay shipment where required by law, carrier policy, payment processor policy, marketplace policy, internal compliance review, or risk assessment.
By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered are legal for you to purchase, receive, possess, and use at the shipping address provided.
SCUSA is not responsible for a customer’s failure to comply with federal, state, local, or other applicable laws or regulations.
07Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
SCUSA is not responsible for delays, losses, returns, extra shipping charges, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, undeliverable, or restricted addresses.
If an order is returned to SCUSA because of an address issue, failed delivery, refusal, or unclaimed package, we may deduct shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, and handling costs from any refund where permitted by law.
08Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier.
If tracking shows a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, mailrooms, parcel lockers, local carrier offices, and the shipping carrier.
SCUSA is not responsible for theft, porch piracy, misdelivery, lost packages, carrier scanning errors, or carrier delays after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
We may assist with carrier claim information where available, but carrier claim approval is not guaranteed.
09Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly at support@scusa.shop with your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, photos of the damaged product, and a description of the issue.
Damage claims must be reported as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, carrier claim, or other resolution is appropriate.
Do not discard damaged packaging until the issue is resolved, because the carrier may require it for inspection.
10Missing or incorrect items
If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@scusa.shop with your order number and photos of what you received.
Claims for missing or incorrect items should be submitted promptly after delivery.
SCUSA may require photos, packaging details, order verification, and shipping information before issuing a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
11Return eligibility
Unused items may be eligible for return if they meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused
- The item is in original, clean, resalable condition
- The item includes all original packaging, labels, inserts, accessories, and parts where applicable
- The return is requested within the stated return window
- Proof of purchase or order number is provided
- The item was purchased directly from scusa.shop
Used, damaged, modified, altered, incomplete, dirty, abused, opened in a way that makes the product non-resalable, or non-original-condition items may be rejected or may qualify only for a partial refund at SCUSA’s discretion.
12Return window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, unless a different return window is stated on the product page, order page, promotion, or written customer service communication.
Returns requested after the return window may be denied.
13Non-returnable items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used products
- Modified or altered products
- Damaged products not caused by shipping
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom, special-order, or personalized items
- Items missing original packaging or parts
- Items not purchased directly from scusa.shop
- Products returned without authorization
- Products that cannot be safely or reasonably resold
SCUSA reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet this policy.
14How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at:

Include:
- Order number
- Name used on the order
- Email used on the order
- Product being returned
- Reason for return
- Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete
If your return is approved, we will provide the proper return address and return instructions. We do not publish a return address on this page; the correct address is sent to you when your return is approved. Do not send items back without return authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, delayed, or excluded from refund eligibility.
15Return shipping
Unless the return is due to a SCUSA error or an approved defective/damaged item claim, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to a SCUSA error.
Customers are responsible for packing returns securely. SCUSA is not responsible for returned items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
16Exchanges and swaps
If you need a swap instead of a refund, contact us at support@scusa.shop with your order number and requested exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability, return eligibility, price differences, shipping costs, and compliance review.
SCUSA may process an exchange as a return and new purchase where needed.
17Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a full refund, partial refund, exchange, store credit, or rejection under this policy.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, and payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation when a refund is processed.
18Partial refunds and deductions
SCUSA may issue a partial refund or deduct amounts from a refund for:
- Used condition
- Missing parts or packaging
- Damage not caused by SCUSA
- Return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs where non-refundable
- Carrier fees
- Refused delivery
- Undeliverable address
- Unauthorized return
- Restocking or handling costs where permitted by law
19Canceled orders
SCUSA may cancel orders for product availability issues, pricing errors, listing errors, payment problems, fraud concerns, shipping restrictions, California shipping restrictions, legal/compliance concerns, or other reasons described in our policies.
If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, SCUSA will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled portion of the order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges where required.
20Defective product claims
If you believe a product is defective, contact support@scusa.shop with your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue.
SCUSA may request additional information to review the claim.
Defective product claims do not cover misuse, improper handling, unsafe storage, modification, abuse, normal wear, incompatible products, user technique, third-party products, or failure to follow product instructions.
21Products purchased from third parties
This policy applies only to products purchased directly from scusa.shop.
If you purchased a SCUSA product from Amazon, Etsy, a marketplace, retailer, dealer, reseller, or another third party, returns and refunds may be governed by that seller’s policies.
SCUSA may require proof of purchase before providing support, replacement, warranty review, or other assistance.
22Compliance responsibility
SCUSA products are accessories and do not contain firearms or ammunition.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that SCUSA products are legal to purchase, receive, possess, transfer, store, resell, and use in their location.
SCUSA does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a product is lawful for every person, address, agency, department, range, marketplace, or jurisdiction.
23Policy changes
SCUSA may update this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time by posting a revised version on scusa.shop.
The policy in effect at the time of your order applies to that order unless otherwise required by law.
