These Terms & Conditions govern your use of scusa.shop and purchases made from SCUSA Industries LLC, referred to as “SCUSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing scusa.shop, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on our website. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the version posted on this page on the date the order is placed.

02Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees unless stated otherwise.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount of your order at checkout.

We work to keep pricing, product information, and availability accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing, inventory, product description, or listing error, we may correct the error, contact you for instructions, cancel the order, or issue a refund.

03Order acceptance & cancellation

Order confirmation and receipt of payment do not constitute final acceptance of an order.

SCUSA reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders involving suspected fraud, payment issues, billing or shipping verification problems, product availability, pricing errors, restricted shipping locations, or legal/compliance concerns.

If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled portion of the order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges where required.

04Compliance, eligibility & shipping limits

SCUSA products are accessories and storage-related products. SCUSA polymer stripper clips, loading blocks, and storage accessories are not firearms and contain no ammunition.

You are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and restrictions that apply to your purchase, possession, shipment, storage, and use of our products.

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and use the products ordered in your jurisdiction.

We may restrict, refuse, or cancel shipments to certain locations where required by law, carrier policy, payment processor policy, marketplace policy, or our own compliance review. SCUSA is not responsible for a customer’s failure to comply with laws or restrictions applicable in the customer’s location.

05Shipping, delivery & risk of loss

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, inventory, address problems, compliance review, or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

06Returns & refunds

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. In general, unused items in original condition may be returned within the stated return window for a refund of the product price, subject to that policy.

Used, damaged, modified, opened, incomplete, or non-resalable items may be rejected or may not qualify for a full refund.

Shipping charges, return shipping costs, and restocking fees, if any, are handled according to our Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable law.

07Product use & safety

You are responsible for using SCUSA products safely, lawfully, and only for their intended purpose. Always follow applicable firearm safety rules, ammunition handling practices, range rules, manufacturer instructions, and local laws.

SCUSA is not responsible for injury, damage, loss, misuse, improper handling, unsafe storage, unlawful use, modification, abuse, or use of our products with incompatible firearms, ammunition, magazines, loaders, storage systems, or accessories.

08Intellectual property

The SCUSA® name, SCUSA trademarks, Color-Coded Ammo ID™ marks, patent-pending color-coded system, product designs, images, text, graphics, logos, videos, website content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to SCUSA and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used without our prior written permission.

Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use SCUSA intellectual property without written authorization.

09No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that our products will meet every customer’s specific expectations, application, or use case.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCUSA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, purchase, shipment, delay, inability to use, or performance of our products or website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCUSA’s total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

11Third-party services

Our website may use third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, identity verification providers, analytics tools, email/SMS platforms, and ecommerce service providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, delays, errors, outages, or policies.

12Mobile Terms of Service (SMS)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SCUSA text messaging — for example, at checkout, through a sign-up form, or by texting a keyword — you agree to receive recurring automated marketing, promotional, cart-reminder, and transactional text messages (such as order and shipping updates) from SCUSA at the number provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SCUSA text message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from that program unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@scusa.shop.

Supported carriers and features may change without notice, and message delivery is subject to carrier availability and conditions outside our control.

Mobile information collected through our text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile information. No mobile information or text-messaging opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with the service providers that help us operate the messaging program, and only as needed to deliver the service.

By participating in SCUSA text messaging, you confirm that you are the account holder or are authorized to use the mobile number provided and that you are of legal age to consent. We may suspend, change, or end any text messaging program at any time.
