This Legal Notice applies to scusa.shop, the SCUSA® brand, SCUSA products, website content, product information, trademarks, intellectual property, and related business materials owned or operated by SCUSA Industries LLC.

SCUSA Industries LLC is a Texas-based, veteran-owned business and the owner-operator of the SCUSA® brand of ammunition loading, stripper clip, storage, and related accessory products.
SCUSA Industries LLC designs, builds, packages, and ships its SCUSA-brand products from Texas.

02Brand ownership
The SCUSA® brand, scusa.shop website, product names, product descriptions, product packaging, website content, graphics, images, videos, diagrams, guides, labels, trade dress, design elements, and related business materials are owned by or licensed to SCUSA Industries LLC.
No ownership rights are transferred to any customer, visitor, reseller, competitor, manufacturer, distributor, vendor, or third party by accessing the website, purchasing products, downloading materials, viewing content, or interacting with SCUSA.
03Trademarks
SCUSA® is a registered trademark of SCUSA Industries LLC.
Color-Coded Ammo ID™, SCUSA product names, SCUSA slogans, SCUSA logos, SCUSA icons, packaging designs, product-identification systems, website content, and related marks are trademarks, service marks, trade names, or protected brand assets of SCUSA Industries LLC, whether registered or unregistered.
Unauthorized use of SCUSA trademarks, brand names, product names, logos, designs, labels, images, packaging, website content, marketing claims, or confusingly similar marks is strictly prohibited.
Nothing on scusa.shop grants permission to use any SCUSA trademark, logo, product name, brand asset, trade dress, or protected material without prior written authorization from SCUSA Industries LLC.
04Patent-pending innovations
The SCUSA color-coded stripper clip system, Color-Coded Ammo ID™ system, product designs, functional design features, packaging systems, and related innovations may be protected by pending patent applications, trade dress rights, trademark rights, copyright rights, trade secret rights, or other intellectual property protections.
“Patent pending” means one or more patent applications may be filed or pending. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, reproduction, manufacture, sale, distribution, imitation, or commercial use of SCUSA product designs or protected systems may violate SCUSA’s rights.
SCUSA Industries LLC reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property rights against unauthorized copying, infringement, counterfeiting, confusingly similar products, misleading listings, unauthorized marketplace sales, unauthorized resellers, and improper use of SCUSA brand assets.
05Copyright and website content
All content on scusa.shop, including text, product descriptions, photos, graphics, icons, videos, charts, guides, educational materials, page layouts, downloadable content, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, publish, upload, post, transmit, sell, distribute, mirror, frame, or commercially exploit any SCUSA website content without prior written permission.
Limited personal use of website content for evaluating or purchasing SCUSA products is permitted. Commercial use, competitor use, marketplace listing use, product-copying use, or resale-listing use is not permitted without written authorization.
06Product classification
SCUSA products are accessories and storage-related products.
SCUSA polymer stripper clips, loading blocks, ammunition storage accessories, and related products are not firearms, not ammunition, and do not contain ammunition.
SCUSA products are designed for lawful use by eligible customers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
07Regulatory compliance
SCUSA Industries LLC operates as a Section 889-compliant business.
SCUSA also maintains business practices intended to support applicable ecommerce, marketplace, payment, shipping, privacy, security, vendor, and government-related compliance requirements where relevant.
Customers, resellers, vendors, and business partners are responsible for determining whether SCUSA products are lawful for their intended purchase, possession, resale, shipment, storage, import, export, transfer, or use in their jurisdiction.
08Customer legal responsibility
By accessing scusa.shop or purchasing from SCUSA, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, local, and other laws, rules, regulations, restrictions, carrier rules, range rules, and safety requirements that apply to you.
SCUSA does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any product is lawful for every person, location, use case, agency, department, range, marketplace, or jurisdiction.

Customers are responsible for following all applicable firearm safety rules, ammunition handling practices, manufacturer instructions, magazine compatibility requirements, loading-tool instructions, storage rules, range rules, and local laws.
SCUSA is not responsible for injury, damage, loss, malfunction, misuse, improper handling, unsafe storage, negligent use, unlawful use, modification, abuse, use with incompatible products, or failure to follow applicable safety practices.

SCUSA reserves the right to report unauthorized use to ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, payment processors, hosting providers, search engines, intellectual property enforcement systems, and legal authorities where appropriate.
17Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCUSA Industries LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, purchase, shipment, resale, compatibility, performance, delay, inability to use, or reliance on SCUSA products, website content, or third-party references.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCUSA’s total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

19Governing law and venue
This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or related to this Legal Notice, scusa.shop, SCUSA products, SCUSA intellectual property, or SCUSA business materials shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
