Shipping Policy – California Restrictions (AB 1263 Compliance)

At SCUSA Industries LLC, we are committed to complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Due to the requirements of California Assembly Bill 1263, we are currently unable to ship any products to customers located in the State of California.

What this means:

Orders with a California shipping address will not be fulfilled
Any such orders placed will be canceled and refunded in full
This restriction applies to all products sold on scusa.shop, without exception

Your shipping address is not located in California

Processing and Cancellations

Order Processing and Cancellation

Orders typically ship the same or next business day. However, all orders are subject to review prior to shipment. SCUSA Industries LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or compliance concerns. If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders that cannot be legally or operationally shipped to the destination provided may be canceled and refunded.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible.

Item Condition

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
For safety and quality reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns for:

Damaged or defective items
Incorrect items shipped

If you change your mind or ordered incorrectly, we may still accept the return; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

Email support@scusa.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
If applicable, include clear photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without approval, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the return is received.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Stripper clips ship free, so no shipping charges apply to those items.
